Something dosen’t quite look right for it to be a Douc Langur (nasal cavity too high), so I’m going with snub-nosed monkey.
You’re right about it not being a Douc Langur, but it’s not a snub-nosed monkey either
It’s weird that the canines are so small… Could it be a juvenile? The sutures seem too worn and the teeth too dirty!
I’m going to go with a very vegetarian Cercopithecus sp. (I’m cheating a bit, you gave away that it’s an Old World monkey!) that doesn’t use its teeth for social display.
Don’t the females have shorter canines?

Females do indeed have smaller canines, but so do immature animals – take a good look at the lateral view, notice anything that might indicate a sub-adult?
Is the lack of a brow ridge an immature feature?
Is it that the third molar has not come through completely?
Yep, the partially emerged third molar is a dead give-away that this individual isn’t a fully mature adult.
Lack of a brow ridge may also hint at an immature specimen.
