To this non-biologist it looks like a cross between a loofah and some kind of organic clarinet. In fact at first I thought you’d raided the music collection

Again I’m late to the party, but I agree it’s some type of scaphopod. Dentalium sp. maybe?
(Also late.) It may not be a horn, but it is a tusk (of sorts).
