Well it looks like an Ox-Hip-Eye-Tail bone to me, seen from the basal aspect. Is it bovine? Or mebbe from another artiodactyl or perissodactyl?
I agree with Ric Morris, on the identity of the bone. I think it was part a tasty cattle… if that black patina is from some kind of “extra crispy” ancient BBQ
