I was thinking of a gentleman at his favorite beverage.
I think the scapula shape rules out that particular gentleman, you should look to his marine sister.
I can’t help it, but I don’t give a “flip” what this is.
I would have loved to see the top side of this with the spine of the scapula. What made me decide against the manatee was the humerus and the crazy projection. So I will agree with Chris ringing the bell.
