It’s fairly distinctive, so I doubt you’ll have a problem narrowing down the family, but I’d be interested to hear what species you think this skull belonged to in the comments below.

Strike up the band, this bird’s up front! Is it a female line leader?
My first thought was casque- less hornbill – maybe juvenile – but now I don’t think so. More research needed.
I was thinking it was just in time for Christmas – something to hang on the door, and ring in the new year.
