If it is what I think it is, it certainly didn’t fall out of some large lumbering mammal due to poor dental hygiene. But, one wouldn’t find this inter-tidally, it isn’t your every day beach treasure.
Difficult to be cryptic – my generic anagrams keep suggesting “ph”, “uk” and “us”, so unseemly at best.
